>> GOOD EVENING, MR. LAMB, BOARD PRESIDENT OLSON, BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
THE HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES DEPARTMENT IS BRINGING TO YOU ANOTHER EDITION OF LEADERS OF THE PRE-K WHERE WE'RE GOING TO RECOGNIZE TWO MEMBERS OF OUR STAFF WHO ARE THE ABSOLUTE CREAM OF THE CROP.
WE APPRECIATE THE BOARD'S SUPPORT IN THIS ENDEAVOR.
IT'S A NEW ONE THAT WE'RE DOING THIS YEAR.
WE HAVE SO MANY WONDERFUL STAFF MEMBERS ACROSS EVERY CAMPUS OF THIS DISTRICT, AND IT IS OUR JOY TO BRING TO THE BOARD AND TO THE PUBLIC TO THE COMMUNITY'S AWARENESS, SOME OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF MEMBERS THAT WE HAVE.
WE'LL START OFF THIS EVENING BY RECOGNIZING OUR FIRST LEADER OF THE PACK, MS. MICA BROCKMAN.
>> WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR MS. MICA BROCKMAN TO BE THE LEADER OF THE PACK FOR ZELLARS EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER.
MICA IS SO DESERVING OF THIS RECOGNITION.
SHE IS TRULY AN AMAZING EDUCATOR IN OUR BUILDING HAS BROUGHT SO MUCH AWARENESS TO OUR TEACHERS REGARDING OUR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS.
SHE IS JUST SO PATIENT WITH THEM, AND WE ARE JUST SO BLESSED TO HAVE HER AT ZELLARS.
I NOMINATED YOU FOR LEADER OF THE PACK, BECAUSE I COULD NOT THINK OF ANYBODY MORE DESERVING.
YOU HAVE NOT ONLY CHANGED MY SON AND THEREFORE, MY FAMILY'S WORLD, BUT YOU ARE STILL CHANGING THE WORLD OF SO MANY KIDS AND STAFF INCLUDED.
THE WAY THAT YOU POUR INTO YOUR STUDENTS AND EVERYONE AROUND YOU IS TRULY AMAZING AND A GIFT.
I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT YOU WERE SEEING AND APPRECIATED THIS YEAR I KNOW HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE, ESPECIALLY WITH THE LOSS OF OUR FRIEND ML AND I AM SO THANKFUL THAT YOU ARE BEING RECOGNIZED AND GETTING THIS AWARD AND MAYBE GETTING A SMALL UNDERSTANDING OF HOW BIG YOUR IMPACT IS.
>> MY NAME IS DOUG SEVIER. I'M THE DIRECTOR AT ZELLARS, AND I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO JUST TALK ABOUT MICA BROCKMAN.
SHE WAS SELECTED FOR THIS AWARD AND THIS HONOR, REALLY, AND WE JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HER AT THIS CAMPUS.
ONE OF HER NICKNAMES IS THE KID WHISPER.
WHENEVER SHE SEES A KID HAVING A DAY, SHE CAN COME OVER AND JUST QUIET THE SITUATION, AND IT'S SO NATURAL AND SO INSTINCTUAL FOR HER, BUT WE KNOW IT'S ALL THE SKILLS THAT SHE'S PICKED UP OVER THE YEARS.
AGAIN, I JUST WANT TO SAY, THANK YOU, MICA FOR EVERYTHING YOU BROUGHT TO THIS CAMPUS AND ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU DO FOR OUR KIDS BECAUSE THIS CAMPUS WOULD NOT BE WHAT IT IS WITHOUT YOU WORKING WITH OUR FACULTY, OUR STAFF, AND OUR PARENTS.
SO THANK YOU, MICA. CONGRATULATIONS.
>> LADIES AND GENTLEMEN RECOGNIZING OUR LEADER OF THE PACK,
[00:05:03]
MS. MICA BROCKMAN. COME ON DOWN.>> PRESIDENT OLSON, SUPERINTENDENT LAMB.
>> AS PRESIDENT OLSON AND SUPERINTENDENT LAMB TAKE A PHOTO WITH MS. BROCKMAN.
WE'D LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT SHE IS A PRE-K SPECIAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT AT ZELLARS EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING CENTER.
SHE'S BEEN WORKING IN LISC FOR 12 YEARS AND ALL IN PRE-K. SHE SPENT SEVEN YEARS AT KING.
OH, WAIT BEFORE YOU GO, MS. BROCKMAN.
YOUR HUSBAND GARY IS HERE, WE'D LOVE FOR HIM TO COME UP AND TAKE A PHOTO WITH YOU.
SEVEN YEARS AT KING, AND NOW THIS IS HER FIFTH YEAR BACK IN LIST.
HER FAVORITE THINGS ABOUT TEACHING.
SHE WORKS MAINLY WITH NON-VERBAL CHILDREN.
SHE GETS TO BE A PART OF THEM LEARNING TO COMMUNICATE.
SHE GETS TO SEE THE JOY ON THEIR PARENTS' FACES AND THE LIGHT IN HER STUDENTS' EYES, AND THAT BRINGS HER GREAT JOY.
CONGRATULATIONS, MS. BROCKMAN, FOR BEING A LEADER OF THE PACK.
>> NOW, WE'D LIKE TO RECOGNIZE OUR SECOND LEADER OF THE PACK FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, MS. MEGAN SMITH, IF YOU'LL PLAY THE VIDEO.
>> MEGAN SMITH IS AN INCREDIBLE TEACHER.
I'VE HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING HER FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW WHEN SHE TAUGHT KINDERGARTEN AT A PREVIOUS DISTRICT, AND I HAVE TO SAY I'M NOT SURPRISED THAT SHE'S BEEN NOMINATED.
LET ME JUST TELL YOU A FEW THINGS ABOUT HER.
IF YOU'RE HAVING A BAD DAY, SHE'LL BE WALKING DOWN THE HALLWAY WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE AND HER KIDS OR, LIKE, JUMPING DELI BEANS.
BUT IT'S BECAUSE SHE SETS THE VIBE OF THE SCHOOL, SHE SETS THE VIBE OF HER CLASSROOM.
THEY ARE AN IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL PART OF THOSE CHILD'S LIVES, AND MEGAN IS REALLY GOOD WITH CONNECTING WITH THEM, WITH THE PARENTS, WITH THE CHILDREN.
SHE'S REALLY GREAT WHEN SHE'S IN PLCS.
SHE IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT CAN WE DO AS A TEAM TO HELP NOT JUST HER KIDS, BUT ALL KIDS.
SHE LETS ME KNOW, AND SHE LETS OTHERS KNOW, AND HER TEAM LIKE, HEY, THIS ISN'T IT WORKING FOR HER KIDS.
WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO TO HELP THEM? SHE'S INCREDIBLY ENCOURAGING AND KIND.
I THINK THE KIDS JUST FEED OFF OF THAT IN HER CLASSROOM, SO THEY IN TURN TURN AROUND AND DO THE SAME WITH ONE ANOTHER.
I THINK THIS IS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE AND A REASON WHY MS. MEGAN SMITH SHOULD BE THE LEADER OF THAT.
>> MS. SMITH, I NOMINATED YOU FOR THE LEADER OF THE PACK, BECAUSE I'VE JUST SEEN THE IMPACT YOU'VE HAD ON MY DAUGHTER.
YOUR CREATIVITY AND YOUR INNOVATIVE TEACHING REALLY ENGAGED THE STUDENTS, AND IT'S IMPACTED HER ON AN ACADEMIC AND PERSONAL LEVEL AS WELL.
>> I'M REALLY EXCITED TO CELEBRATE MEGAN SMITH AND HER RECEIVING THE LEADER OF THE PACK AWARD.
MS. SMITH IS NEW TO OUR CAMPUS THIS YEAR.
SHE'S JUST DONE A TREMENDOUS JOB WITH HER FIRST GRADERS.
SHE IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PLANNING WITHIN HER TEAM.
SHE'S TAKEN ON A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN OUR PLC AND HELPED TO ORGANIZE THAT COLLABORATION AND JUST DONE A FANTASTIC JOB, AND WE'RE JUST VERY EXCITED AND VERY HAPPY THAT SHE IS PART OF OUR OWN POINT. CONGRATULATIONS.
>> LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, OUR SECOND LEADER OF THE PACK, MS. MEGAN SMITH.

>> IF YOU'LL READ THE TO ME I READ THE KIDS.
[00:35:03]

>> NEXT UP IS KEVIN SHARMA THE RECOGNITION FOR DEBATING TECHNOLOGICAL ISSUES.
>> OUR LAST IS ISRAEL GARCIA, RECOGNITION FOR TWO THINGS HE MADE IT TO STATE FOR DEBATING TECHNOLOGICAL ISSUES AND ESSAYS ON TECHNOLOGY.
>> THE SECOND GROUP IS HOSA AND IF YOU'RE NOT FAMILIAR, THAT'S THE HEALTH OCCUPATIONAL STUDENT ASSOCIATION ASSOCIATED WITH OUR HEALTH SCIENCES.

IN THIS CASE, WE HAVE SIX STUDENTS.
>> HELLO. WE HAD A GROUP OF THREE GIRLS MAKE A COMMUNITY AWARENESS PROJECT OVER SICKLE CELL ANEMIA, AND THEY PRESENTED THEIR WHOLE PROJECT AND THEY MADE IT TO STATE WITH THAT.
>> PRINCESS KING ADVANCED TO STATE AND HEALTHY LIVING.
SHE WROTE A SMARKLE DOCUMENTED IT, RECORDED IT, AND PRESENTED HER PRESENTATION TO A PANEL OF JUDGES.
>> LAST, WE HAVE HANNA WISE WHO PLACED IN THE TOP THREE IN OUR AREA IN MEDICAL LAW AND ETHICS.
>> WE HAVE EMMA. EMMA REGEL WENT TO STATE FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS, AND SHE CONTRIBUTED TO OUR CHAPTERS TOTAL GOAL OF 871 HOURS IN COMMUNITY SERVICE.

>> SORRY. I WAS GOING TRYING TO SEE IF I WAS AT THAT MEETING.
ANY QUESTIONS? I HAVE A MOTION IN A SECOND.
ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, RAISE YOUR HAND. ALL OPPOSED?
[00:40:03]
MOTION PASSES. WE'LL GO ON TO THE ACTION ITEMS.[10. Action Items]
CONSIDER THE APPROVAL OF THE CREDIT BY EXAMINATION. MR. EVANS.>> GOOD EVENING, BOARD MEMBERS.
TONIGHT, I'M GOING TO ASK FOR THE APPROVAL OF A NEW CREDIT BY EXAMINATION INSTRUMENT FOR LITTLE MIST, TA REQUIRES BOARD APPROVAL OF THE VENDORS THAT WE USE FOR CREDIT BY EXAMINATION.
CURRENTLY, WE USE TEXAS TECH AND THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN.
WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD A VAT ASSESSMENT TO THIS LIST.
THEY SPECIALIZE IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES.
CURRENTLY, WE USE A VAT TESTING FOR PLACEMENT.
IF WE HAVE A STUDENT MOVE IN FROM OUT OF COUNTRY, WE CAN TEST THE STUDENT AND KNOW WHERE TO PLACE THEM IN A HIGH SCHOOL, FOR INSTANCE, SPANISH CLASS.
WE CURRENTLY CANNOT GIVE CREDIT FOR ANYTHING IF THEY QUALIFIED FOR SPANISH 2, WE CAN'T GIVE CREDIT FOR SPANISH 1.
WE ALSO USE AVANT AND IT'S APPROVED THROUGH TEA FOR OUR DUAL LANGUAGE AT THE ELEMENTARY.
ONCE THOSE STUDENTS COMPLETE, THERE'S A SET OF REQUIREMENTS THAT THE STUDENTS MEET.
THEY CAN TAKE THEIR VAN TEST AND END UP GETTING SPANISH 1 CREDIT THROUGH THAT.
WE USE IT WITHIN THE DISTRICT FOR OTHER FORMS OF TESTING, BUT AT THIS TIME, WE WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR TRANSFER STUDENTS.
STUDENTS WHO ARE COMING IN AND ACTUALLY QUALIFY MAYBE TO GO ALL THE WAY TO SPANISH 3 TO BE ABLE TO GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR THOSE CLASSES.
THE COST OF AVANT WILL ONLY BE DIVERTED FROM WHAT WE CURRENTLY SPEND ON TEXAS TECH AND THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS.
THERE'S NO ADDITIONAL SPENDING FOR THE DISTRICT TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS.
IT WILL GIVE US MORE FLEXIBILITY AND SCHEDULING AT HIGH SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS THAT CAN GET FOREIGN LANGUAGE CREDITS THIS WAY.
IT WILL GIVE US AN EASIER MEANS.
THE TEXAS TECH TEST REQUIRES US TO TEST ON PAPER AND SEND IN RECORDINGS ON A FLASH DRIVE TO TEXAS TECH.
THIS IS FULLY ONLINE, SO WE'LL GET RESULTS QUICKER AND IT ACTUALLY ENDS UP IF A STUDENT IS ABLE TO GET CREDIT FOR SPANISH 1, SPANISH 2 OR ANY, THERE'S A WIDE VARIETY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES THAT STUDENTS CAN TEST IN, BUT IT ENDS UP BEING SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER.
A STUDENT COULD GET SEVERAL CREDITS FOR $22.90 OVER PAYING 25 PER SEMESTER ON THE OTHER TEST THAT WE CURRENTLY GIVE.
AT THIS TIME, IF YOU WOULD TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION, WE WOULD APPRECIATE BEING ABLE TO ADD THIS TO ONE OF OUR CB ASSESSMENTS WE CAN GIVE FOR THE DISTRICT.
>> ANY QUESTIONS? ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, RAISE YOUR HAND.
ALL THOSE OPPOSE? MOTION PASSES. THANK YOU, MR. EVANS. I APPRECIATE IT.
>> WE'RE GOING ON TO CONSIDER THE APPROVAL OR POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING SETTLEMENT RESOLUTION OF POTENTIAL CLAIMS PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF STRIKE MIDDLE SCHOOL, MS. ADAMS.
>> HELLO. AS WE DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION WITH THE DISTRICT'S LEGAL COUNCIL, WE ARE SEEKING RESOLUTION TO A LONG-TERM PROBLEM THAT WE HAVE HAD CLOSING OUT THE STRIKE MIDDLE SCHOOL PROJECT.
THE ADMINISTRATION IS RECOMMENDING THAT YOU DELEGATE THE AUTHORITY TO THE SUPERINTENDENT TO ENTER INTO SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS AND APPROVE A SETTLEMENT OR RESOLUTION AS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION TONIGHT.
OUR RESOLUTION FOR THE CLAIMS PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF STRIKE WITH THE ADVICE AND THE APPROVAL OF THE DISTRICT'S LEGAL COUNCIL.
SO THIS WILL ALLOW MR. LAMB TO ACT ON YOUR BEHALF WITHIN THE PARAMETERS THAT YOU'VE PROVIDED SO THAT WE CAN MOVE FORWARD AND HOPEFULLY ATTAIN OUR PERMANENT CEO.
>> DO I HAVE A MOTION TO ACCEPT?
>> ANY QUESTIONS? SEEING NONE, ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, RAISE YOUR HAND. ALL THOSE OPPOSE? MOTION PASSES. THANK YOU, MS. ADAMS. AND WE'LL GO ON TO CONSIDER THE APPROVAL OF LAKEWOOD VILLAGE ELEMENTARY PACKAGE NUMBER 2. MR. JAMES.
>> GOOD EVENING OUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SUPERINTENDENT LAMB.
I COME TO YOU TODAY SEEKING APPROVAL FOR THE LAKEWOOD VILLAGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PACKAGE NUMBER 2.
SO THIS PACKAGE WILL CONSIST OF A MASTER BUDGET AND A GMP FROM JACKSON CONSTRUCTION.
THE MASTER BUDGET ALSO CONSISTS OF ALL SOFT COSTS AND THE GMP GUARANTEED MAXIMUM
[00:45:01]
PRICE FROM THE PREVIOUS APPROVED PACKAGE 1 AND THIS PACKAGE 2.THAT BEING SAID, THE ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS THE APPROVAL OF THE MASTER BUDGET AND GMP AND AUTHORIZED SUPERINTENDENT AND A DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE REQUIRED CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
>> DO I HAVE A MOTION TO ACCEPT?
>> I'M GOING WITH KIM. I THINK I HEARD HIS VOICE FIRST.
ANY QUESTIONS? ALL THOSE IN FAVOR RAISE YOUR HAND.
ALL THOSE OPPOSE? MOTION PASSES.
THANK YOU, MR. JAMES. APPRECIATE IT.
WE'LL GO ON NOW TO THE CONSENT AGENDA.
[11.D. Consider approval of Little Elm ISD Interlocal Summary Report]
WE DO HAVE TWO ITEMS THAT WE'RE REQUESTING TO PULL.SO WE'LL GO FOR ITEM D. CONSIDER THE APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION REGARDING CHAPLAINS UNDER SENATE BILL 763. MS. BROWN.
>> YES, SIR. PRESIDENT OLSON, BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SUPERINTENDENT LAMB.
THIS PASSED THE 88TH TEXAS LEGISLATURE, AND THEY PASSED SENATE BILL 763.
THAT BILL REQUIRES EACH SCHOOL BOARD TO TAKE A RECORD VOTE ON WHETHER TO ADOPT A POLICY AUTHORIZING A CAMPUS OF THE DISTRICT TO EMPLOY OR ACCEPT AS A VOLUNTEER CHAPLAIN UNDER TEXAS EDUCATION CODE CHAPTER 23.
WE'VE DRAFTED, ALONG WITH OUR GUIDANCE FROM OUR ATTORNEYS, THE RESOLUTION THAT WAS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOARD BOOK.
THE ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THAT RESOLUTION AS SUBMITTED.
>> DO I HAVE A MOTION TO ACCEPT?
>> MR. BROWN, I ASK THIS TO BE PULLED.
THIS ITEM IS OF AN ACTIVE THOUGHT THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITIES.
WITH CHAPLAINS ON CAMPUSES, WE HAVE A POSSIBILITY OF THAT.
I JUST WANTED TO PUT IT BEFORE THE BOARD, IF THERE WAS ANY DISCUSSION, I WAS HOPING THERE WOULD BE SOME PUBLIC, BUT EVIDENTLY, THEY'RE NOT EVEN AS INVOLVED AS WE ARE HERE.
THANK YOU. I THINK THE POLICY THAT YOU'VE GOT HERE IS VERY GOOD.
I JUST ASK IT TO BE PULLED SO WE CAN DISCUSS IT IN PUBLIC SO THAT WE'RE NOT DOING THINGS BEHIND THE COUNTER. I APPRECIATE THAT.
>> ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? SEEING NONE, ALL THOSE IN FAVOR RAISE YOUR HAND. ALL THOSE OPPOSE? MOTION PASSES. THANK YOU, MS. BROWN. APPRECIATE IT.
[11.F. Consider approval of Request for Proposal #2024-003 Network Equipment (E-Rate)]
CONSIDER THE APPROVAL OF THE 2023, 2024 PROPOSED BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 3. MS. ADAMS.>> AS DISCUSSED WITH THE BOARD WHEN YOU ADOPT THE BUDGET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, IT IS A WORKING DOCUMENT, AND IT ESTABLISHES THE MAXIMUMS PER FUNCTION THAT THE DISTRICT CAN EXPAND IN EACH OF THOSE FUNCTIONS.
BUT WE HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MOVE ACCOUNTS WITHIN EACH FUNCTION.
IF WE BUDGETED FOR $60 MILLION IN FUNCTION 11 IN PAYROLL, BUT WE NEED TO MOVE SOME OF THAT TO CONTRACTED SERVICES, WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THAT WITHOUT BOARD APPROVAL.
BUT AT THE MINUTE THAT WE GO OVER $60 MILLION JUST TO USE AN EXAMPLE IN THAT FUNCTION, THEN WE DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO THAT WITHOUT SEEKING BOARD APPROVAL.
OFTENTIMES DURING THE YEAR, WE WILL COME TO YOU WITH A BUDGET AMENDMENT BECAUSE WE HAVE A NEED TO MOVE MONEY FROM ONE FUNCTION TO THE OTHER.
OCCASIONALLY, WE'LL BE INCREASING EXPENDITURES FOR SOME FUNDS THAT WE'VE RECEIVED OR A NEED THAT HAS COME UP.
THEN SOMETIMES WE'LL COME TO YOU AND HAVE AMENDMENTS TO REVENUE.
PERHAPS REVENUE HAS GONE UP, PERHAPS IT'S GONE DOWN.
BUT ANY OF THOSE WE'LL COME TO THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL BECAUSE IT IS A LIQUID DOCUMENT.
THIS PARTICULAR BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 3, AND I THINK SOMEWHERE IN THE TEXT, WE STILL HAVE A SECOND BUDGET AMENDMENT.
IT'S ACTUALLY THE THIRD TIME WE'VE COME TO YOU THIS YEAR TO AMEND AND IT'S WHAT WE CALL A NET ZERO, WHICH MEANS THAT WE DIDN'T MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE REVENUE, WE DIDN'T MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE BOTTOM LINE OF THE EXPENDITURE, BUT WE NEEDED MORE IN SOME FUNCTIONS AND LESS IN OTHER FUNCTIONS, AND SO WE PRESENT IT TO YOU FOR THAT PURPOSE.
>> THANK YOU. DO I HAVE A MOTION TO ACCEPT?
>> MS. ADAMS, I ASK THIS TO BE PULLED AS WELL.
AGAIN, SCHOOL BUDGETS ARE HIGH IN THE PUBLIC EYE.
I FEEL WE AS A BOARD NEED TO WORK THESE OUT AND GET INFORMATION FROM YOU AND FROM YOUR BOARD AND FROM YOUR STAFF WITH AGAIN, EVERYTHING TRANSPARENT.
I COMPLIMENT YOU AND YOUR STAFF FOR KEEPING US AND KEEPING THE DISTRICT AS SOLVENT AS WE CAN. THANK YOU.
>> WITH THAT, DO I HAVE A MOTION TO APPROVE? I HAVE A MOTION, SORRY. I HAVE A MOTION AND A SECOND.
ANY QUESTIONS? ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, RAISE YOUR HAND.
[00:50:02]
ALL THOSE OPPOSE? MOTION PASSES.>> GET AHEAD OF MYSELF A LITTLE BIT. I APOLOGIZE.
[11. Consent Agenda]
ANY OTHER ITEMS NEED TO BE PULLED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA? SEEING NONE, DO I HAVE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE REST OF THE CONSENT AGENDA?>> ALL THOSE IN FAVOR RAISE YOUR HAND.
ALL THOSE OPPOSE? MOTION PASSES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
[12. Other Reports]
WE WILL GO INTO OTHER REPORTS THAT WILL BE ME WITH THE BOARD MEMBERS TRAINING HOURS.I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT ALL THE BOARD MEMBERS AFTER TONIGHT'S WORKSHOP WILL BE UP TO DATE ON ALL OF THEIR TRAINING, SO WE ARE COMPLIANT WITH ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS.
I DON'T THINK I NEED TO DO ANYTHING, MR. FLORES, AS FAR AS MOTION OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, RIGHT? GOOD?
[13. Board President Comments]
